Getting Started

Go to your App Store or Google Play Store and type in “Prep2Pass”. Download the Prep2Pass app with the blue lightning bolt.

After downloading the app, you can follow these steps. Go to Dashboard > Purchase Full P2P Access.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or Diehl & Associates. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • personalize your experience. Your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs.
  • To improve customer service. Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
  • To process transactions. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
  • To offer a promotion, administer a survey or other site feature
  • To send periodic emails. The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Terms of Use
By using Prep2Pass you agree that the Prep2Pass service including the Prep2Pass product, graphics, user interface, editorial content, and software used to implement the Prep2Pass app contains proprietary information and proprietary and material that is owned by Prep2Pass LLC and/or licensors, and it is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for the use of the Prep2Pass service in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the Prep2Pass service may be reproduced in any form or by any means, except as expressly permitted in these terms. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Prep2Pass service in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Prep2Pass service in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, but trespass or burdening network capacity.

First Time Logging In

If you have never used Prep2Pass before, you need to create an account. Even if you purchased it with a course online, you need to create a new account.

Tap on the “Sign Up” button at the bottom of the screen when the log-in screen appears.

Go to Dashboard (in the bottom right corner), scroll until you see “Purchase Full P2P Access”, and enter in the code you were given via email in the “ABC123” box, and tap “Apply Code”. Then, tap “Pay $0”. Now, the app is unlocked.

Go to Dashboard (in the bottom right corner), then scroll until you see “Purchase Full P2P Access”, enter the information required and look for the seasonal promo code on the front page (at the bottom of myprep2pass.com). Enter the code and select “Apply Code”. Then, tap Pay $199 (or discounted amount). Congrats! You’ve unlocked full access!

Glad to help! Please make sure that if you have never used Prep2Pass before, create an account. This account is different from a Diehl Pre-Licensing OIL log-in.

If you have logged in before, make sure that you are spelling your email and password correctly. Passwords are case-sensitive for your security.

Also be sure that your phone or iPad is connected to the internet.

If the text is too large or too small, you can go to your settings on your mobile  device. Those settings control the text and font sizes.

iOS: Settings >General > Accessibility > Larger Text

Samsung Galaxy: Settings > Display > Font > Screen Zoom

Android: Settings > Accessibility > Font Size

To view the other side of a flashcard, swipe left-to-right or right-to-left on the word “Flashcard” at the top of the card.

Make sure that you have followed steps in order to unlock full access in Prep2Pass.

In order to watch the videos without interruption, you need to have a fast and steady internet connection of at least 15 mbps. To check your internet speed, go to Dashboard > Check Internet Speed.

Prior to going offline, make sure that you are logged into Prep2Pass and have the app open in the background. Then open it wherever you are and access over 700 flashcards offline!
